IMMERSED IN ITALY : FROM VENICE TO FLORENCE TO ROME
A dream trip through Italy for a group of amici
THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE MANY CUSTOM TRIPS WE ARRANGE FOR OUR GUESTS; MULTI-GEN, FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND MANY OTHER COMBINATIONS!
A few months into the COVID pandemic, an old friend contacted us with a special request: create an Italian trip for him and his lovely wife, together with a group of their close friends. Hit the highlights, but also explore some back roads that only Adagio knows. Call up our buddies around the Bel Paese and create some cool experiences. This is the trip that resulted.

Follow a Natural Tuscan Wine Road
Colline Lucchesi, Chianti and Montalcino
This exclusive “short break” has been specially tailored for a group of eight wine connoisseurs who wish to understand more fully the meaning of natural and organic wines.
Tasting the Lost Corners of Tuscany – 7 nights
Dimora Casa Eugenia Cooking Program
Be among the few Americans to distance yourself from Florence– but only by 40 km. While many tours focus on Chianti and other areas west of the Autostrada del Sole, Adagio heads instead to the East in the direction of Arezzo.
Spa Tuscany
From Saturnia to the Silver Coast
A wholesome approach to well-being, from the soothing palette of the hotel’s color scheme, to its sensible approach to exercise (think: a 45-minute walk through the gardens every morning) to its light yet flavorful food (after all we are in Italy!).
The Other Tuscany
From the Silver Coast to Siena
The Other Tuscany: From the Silver Coast to Siena offers an active week of walking and hiking through the Maremma region of Tuscany. Seven days are barely enough to learn about the past, appreciate the present and begin to unravel the mystery of this magnificent area.
Our time in Piemonte (from “piede” (foot) + “monte” (mountain)) in northwest Italy will reveal why the locals have so jealously guarded the secrets of this region.
